Central India was never the obvious place to grow avocados, and that is exactly the problem we set out to solve. By matching rootstock to our conditions, managing the soil carefully and protecting young trees through the extremes of the season, the orchard has proven that high-quality fruit is possible far from the traditional avocado belts.

Water, by need not habit

Every tree is on drip irrigation and fed through fertigation — nutrients delivered precisely with the water, in the amounts the plant actually needs at each stage. This discipline, learned from growers in Israel, is the single biggest reason the fruit tastes the way it does.

Two fruits, two systems

The avocados grow as a classic orchard, mapped and mulched. The dragon fruit is raised on a modern trellis system — 4,500 Red Jumbo plants established in 2024 and 4,000 Royal Red in 2025 — which improves sunlight, airflow and yield.
